What you need:
- circle punch (I used 1 1/4")
- flower punch (optional)
- decorative paper
- cardboard (approximately the thickness of a cereal box)
- large paper clip
- matching brad
To make
- Punch two circles out of decorative paper
- Punch one circle out of cardboard
- Punch out white flower (optional)
- Glue circle to cardboard
- Place brad through decorative paper circle (add flower if you choose.)
- Glue paperclip to circle with brad
- Finish by glueing circle to back
